For what purpose do we process your personal data?

a. To maintain operational and commercial contacts with the USER regarding services, products and new features, sales, offers or promotions offered, to provide and manage your account as well as to comply with the “Terms of Service” and to make other legal communications.

b. THE COMPANY treats the personal data of the USER in a confidential way according to the applicable legislation. However, the COMPANY shares the identification data of the USER with the bank to make the corresponding payments by credit card, as well as with the physiotherapist responsible for providing the service in the USER’s home.

c. Manage our services, including reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support messages, among others.

d. Provide the instant messaging service between users to facilitate the transaction and communication between them; by using the contact form or the chat in the user area, you will be using our messaging service. Messages and announcements are reviewed by an automatic process. We do this to prevent fraud or abusive or improper use of our services. If we detect suspicious or illegal activity or behavior, our security team will be able to review the messages sent and received. Similarly, we may access sent and received messages to improve and develop our services.

e. Send you notifications to inform you about our products and services and to send you advertising. You may object to receiving these types of communications at any time by following the links in each email.

f. Prevent abuse and fraud in the use of our services (e.g. fraudulent activities, denial of service attacks, sending spam, among others).

How long will we keep your data?

If you are a professional, your data will be kept for the duration of the contractual and commercial relationship with us, request its deletion, as well as the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

If you are a client, your data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the service and as long as you do not request its deletion. In any case, we will keep your data for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Regardless of this, we will keep your navigation data for a maximum period of 120 months.
